When a file can't be processed

Problems are caught on your device before anything is uploaded or charged. Each message says what is wrong and what to do.

We support MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio, and MP3, WAV (PCM), M4A (AAC) or AAC audio. Your file was not uploaded and nothing was charged. You can still choose audio-only output from a supported file.

Each file can be up to 30 minutes. We won't cut it automatically. Trim it and try again.

Keep one video track and one audio track, re-export, then choose the file again.

Current Chrome and Edge on Windows and macOS. Other browsers can preview, but MP4 export is only supported where listed.

WAV 44.1 kHz mono, or MP4 with the original picture and AAC mono audio (128 kbps)

Not supported

MOV, HEVC (H.265) video, multi-track files, background music removal, live calls
