Frequently asked questions

Is my video uploaded?

No. Your video stays on your device. Only its audio is uploaded for AI processing, then your device puts the cleaned audio back under the original picture.

How long do you keep my files?

Uploaded audio is deleted within 24 hours of upload at the latest (within 1 hour if you never confirm). Cleaned audio stays 24 hours and you can delete it sooner. Our AI provider applies its own retention rules to what it processes, described in our privacy policy.

Can I try it free?

Yes: one 30-second preview a day without signing in, three a day when signed in. Processing a whole file uses at least 1 minute, even if it is shorter than that.

Do you remove background music?

No. This tool reduces noise under speech and does not separate music.

What happens if something fails?

If a task fails before the AI starts, your minutes come back automatically, once. We do not return minutes automatically for taste, so judge the sound in the free preview.
